Disclaimers
*”Guaranteed value” to retail purchase price is based on the book value to the purchase price of the lot, excluding any taxes, fees, or shipping costs. Diamond Hits Collectibles™ (Exploratory Enterprises LLC) does not guarantee resale or book value to the purchase price, implied or assumed, now or at any point in time, as market fluctuations and changes in value often occur, increasing or decreasing value(s), influenced by numerous factors which are outside the control of the company. Valuations may be influenced by various uncontrollable means, including but not limited to: methods of selling, platforms, fees and charges, sales and trades, increase or decrease in book values, outcomes of sports games and player progression/degression, time of package assortment by the company, and many other reasonable (whether foreseeable or unforeseeable) market changes, fluctuations, discrepancies, etc. Void guarantee where retail list price has been adjusted for promotion or other sales opportunities.
**1980’s and 1990’s cards refers to the mass produced eras of sports cards, particularly baseball, which are NOT included in any lot sold. However, by example only, this does not mean a 1986-87 Fleer Michael Jordan RC (valued at a typical minimum of no less than $3,000 may be excluded, or could not be included, despite the disclaimer that the lots do not contain 1980’s and 1990’s card). The purpose of this disclaimer is meant to provide consumer confidence and assurances that, again by example, a raw 1990 Topps common card valued at $.10 will not be included in any lot sold, but does not imply that there are not, or may not be, highly valuable or desired cards that are inside the era, regardless of sport, that may be worth (or succeed) the value of the lot purchased, whether raw or ungraded.
***No implied guarantees on return value from purchase price cost to the card(s) received. May include redemption cards, or additional cards, in addition to the single graded slab. High value cards more than the purchase price may be graded slabs from other grading entities that are not SGC or PSA, although atypical in most instances.
